I would like to spend a few minutes to say what a pleasure it is to have an insurance company like Martin & Lark. Tammy has been taking care of our account for years. She probably thinks that we are operating a used car lot as many times as we change our policy due to buying and selling cars. Besides our personal items we have our business insurance through them. I would think that Tammy would be ready to hang up each time we call but she takes it all in stride. I am in my mid-fifties and have been a loyal customer sense I was sixteen - about 40 years. When I was in college (let’s just say) I didn’t have the best driving record. Maybe a few speeding tickets. I sat down with John Lark at that time and they could have dropped me but they stuck with me. That meant a lot to me at that time in my life. As long as there are good people (like Tammy) to deal with and the cost of the insurance is as competitive as it is, I will be a customer for another 40 years.
